I absolutely enjoyed working with Colleen on this very early winter day... It was a 5am start, which allowed Tala Nicole, their photographer, to capture those stunning images with a beautiful morning light...
It was a cold morning and I was welcomed with warm coffee, croissants and the sight of this unquestionably FIFTIES dress!!
Which led us to this hair & makeup look...
Colleen was willing a low chignon, and I wanted to find something having the right amount of vintage and modernity.
We did a sleek, voluminous & classic low bun.
Simple for the modernity and Elegant for the retro feel...
For makeup, a classic bold red lip and a 50's black liner were the final touches.
Timeless.
